With SIGO Mobile, we started to use the data generated during a service in an intelligent way, to deliver agility to health professionals and provide convenience, transparency and safety for patients at all stages of care and this is possible because we deliver the following functions :- Patient identification (goal 01): to ensure the safety of care, SIGO Mobile is able to read the patients physical identification and identify possible registration failures or even lack of identification.- Remote label printing: the printing of sample labels is performed after confirming the patients registration (goal 1) and using a portable printer, which increases the efficiency of care.- Confirmation of collected samples: with the sample tubes properly collected and identified, Sigo Mobile allows the collection technician to confirm the service without having to go to the laboratory and this means another step of efficiency in the process.
